Remembering David

David passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on April 23, 2022, a month prior to his 25th birthday, due to complications from epilepsy. As part of his advocacy work, David created this platform, Venturing Incredible Abilities, along with multiple blog sites chronicling his impressive accomplishments and offering thoughtful advice. The integrity of the webpages he designed remain the same, and his family will continue updating the site going forward.

David Sharif: A Legacy of Advocacy

Prior to his death, David was scheduled to present at the 1 in 44 Virtual Autism Summit 2022. In his honor, Karen Shapiro (his mother) and Ben Sharif (his brother) created a multimedia presentation chronicling David’s legacy of advocacy. Special thanks to Sara “SJ Childs” Bradford!
